Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Oklahoma, and its Jurisdiction:
WHEREAS, On 17 November 1892, the records of this Grand Lodge, will show that
The Most Worshipful St. John Grand Lodge, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, was incorporated under the gavel of Most Worshipful
Brother, W. H. Cole, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, as its first Grand Master.
WHEREAS, On 12 August, 1947, at Boley, Oklahoma, with all of the subordinate
lodges of said Grand Lodge, represented the following was adopted by unanimous voted.
"RESOLVED THAT the certificate of incorporation of this corporation be hereby
amended so as to change the corporate name, from The Most Worshipful St. John Grand Lodge, A.F & . A. M. to The Most Worshipful
Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Mason's of Oklahoma, INC."
